We're hiring a data analyst/scientist to be our source of truth. We generate a ton of data across sports picks, social casino, arcade, and card pack rips, plus paid marketing on five channels. Your job is turning it into decisions.
What you'll do:
Own core metrics: retention, LTV, conversion, redemption behavior, promo ROI
Analyze what's working in paid (Meta is outperforming, help us figure out why and fix the rest)
Measure boost and promo performance so we know what actually drives play vs what just costs us
Model the game economy: currency flows, offer pricing, segment behavior
Build dashboards and self-serve reporting the whole team actually uses
Use AI tools daily to move faster on queries, analysis, and reporting
Work directly with the founders, your analysis goes straight into decisions

This is a remote contract role to start, with the option to convert to full-time for the right person.
