We're hiring a CRM manager to own lifecycle messaging across push, email, and in-app. We run a heavy promo cadence (daily boosts, shock drops, weekly franchises like Mystery Monday and Freebie Friday) and every send needs to hit the right player at the right moment.
What you'll do:
Own the CRM calendar end to end: daily pushes, emails, and in-app messages across all verticals (sports picks, social casino, arcade, card rips)
Build and maintain automated journeys in Customer.io: onboarding, winback, purchase, redemption, VIP
Segment players by behavior and tailor offers so messages feel personal, not spammy
Time sends around live sports (game windows move, your campaigns move with them)
Write and ship compliant copy in our voice (we're a sweepstakes platform, wording rules are strict and we'll train you on them)
Measure everything: open, click, conversion, incremental revenue per campaign
Use AI tools daily for copy variants, segmentation ideas, and reporting
Why this role is fun: CRM is a massive revenue lever here. High message volume, fast feedback, and you own the whole machine.
This is a remote contract role to start, with the option to convert to full-time for the right person.
