Key Objectives
Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support business initiatives.
Create visualizations and reports that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with IT and business units to improve data collection and reporting processes.
Identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to enhance data reliability.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Working knowledge of statistical programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is preferred.
