About the Role
Join our dynamic sales leadership team as we redefine luxury living. As the cornerstone of our ultra-luxury residential sales division, you will drive sales exceeding ₹20 Cr through strategic channel partnerships, while crafting unforgettable customer experiences for HNI/UHNI clients. Your leadership and mentorship will propel our high-performing sales team to new heights, ensuring our position as a leader in the premium market.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Drive sales of ultra-luxury residential projects (₹20 Cr+ ticket size) through channel partners and strategic alliances.
- Own and deliver top-line revenue targets for the business vertical.
- Lead complex deal closures with HNI/UHNI clients through a consultative approach.
Channel Sales Management
- Build, expand, and manage a robust network of channel partners, IPCs, luxury brokers, and wealth advisors.
- Design and implement channel engagement programs, incentive structures, and activation strategies.
- Ensure high productivity and consistent deal flow from the channel ecosystem.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and relationship managers.
- Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for the team.
- Drive capability building through coaching, joint client meetings, and deal support.
- Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven team culture.
HNI Client Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
- Deliver personalized and premium customer experiences.
- Strategically position our brand as a leader in luxury residential offerings.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans to capitalize on market insights and drive business growth.
Brand Advocacy
- Act as the brand ambassador, representing the company at key industry events and client meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Proven track record of leadership in luxury or high-end residential sales.
- Strong expertise in HNI/UHNI client engagement and channel ecosystem development.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet financial targets.
Preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on luxury market segments.
- Success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance analytics.
- Experience with incentive and compensation design for channel partners.
Nice to Have
Educational Background
- MBA or relevant advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate.
