### Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up

- Coordinate meeting logistics, including invitations, attendees, locations, and supporting materials.
- Take clear and organized meeting notes when needed.
- Document key decisions, action items, and deadlines, and help the CEO keep track of outstanding commitments.
- Send follow-up communications and reminders to ensure meetings and administrative tasks are completed smoothly.

### Communication & Coordination

- Serve as a professional point of contact between the CEO and internal team members, business partners, vendors, and other external contacts.
- Help manage incoming requests and ensure messages and information reach the appropriate people.
- Assist with drafting and proofreading emails, announcements, and other business communications.
- Maintain accurate contact lists, records, and shared documents.

- Assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Help organize company records and maintain orderly digital files.
- Support scheduling and logistics for company meetings and other business activities.
