**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate **Chole Bhature Connoisseur** who understands that great chole bhature is more than just a meal — it’s an experience.

Your mission: taste, evaluate, and obsess over every plate of chole bhature served at **Tanuj K Special Chole Bhature**, while helping us maintain the highest possible standards of flavour, texture, spice, and bhatura-to-chole ratio.

**Roles**

- Taste-test chole, bhature, and accompanying sides.
- Evaluate flavour, spice levels, texture, aroma, and overall plate quality.
- Identify whether the bhatura has achieved the ideal level of puffiness.
- Maintain the sacred **chole-to-bhatura ratio**.
- Provide brutally honest feedback to the kitchen team.
- Keep up with evolving chole bhature trends and local competition.
- Participate in highly serious discussions about whether extra onions and green chutney are actually necessary.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct regular quality checks across batches.
- Document tasting notes and identify inconsistencies.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to improve recipes and presentation.
- Ensure every plate meets the **Tanuj K Special** standard.
- Represent the unofficial scientific community of chole bhature enthusiasts.
- Defend your food opinions with confidence, passion, and preferably evidence.

**What We’re Looking For**

- A genuine love for chole bhature.
- A highly developed palate and an even higher tolerance for spice.
- Strong opinions about what makes a *perfect* bhatura.
- Attention to detail — especially when it comes to gravy consistency.
- Ability to distinguish between “good,” “very good,” and “bhai, ek aur plate laga do.”
- Previous experience in food tasting is a plus, but **passion is mandatory**.
