Safearth is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to play a key role in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales cycle with research, insights, and client interactions.

Experience: 0–3 years
Compensation: ₹3.75–6 Lakhs P.A.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Generate new leads through outreach and networking
- Engage with potential clients to qualify interest and needs
- Line up meetings and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects
- Conduct site surveys

Market Research & Prospecting
- Research prospective customers, industries, and opportunities
- Study market trends to identify potential growth segments

Client Meetings & Collaboration
- Support the sales team during customer meetings and presentations
- Lead internal processes and communications to meet client deliverables
- Share insights with marketing and operations teams to improve targeting

MUST-HAVES
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)
- Proven ability to work well in a team
- Keenness to learn

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Engineering or Marketing graduates
- Prior sales experience with solar EPC / Developer companies (India and/or abroad)
- Strong technical knowledge of solar project execution processes

BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled energy services
- Knowledge of energy procurement or carbon offset solutions
- Familiarity with industrial client procurement processes
