Key Responsibilities

* Explore, test, and implement AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency

* Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI integration

* Handle software support tickets, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

* Assist with new builds, feature updates, and system improvements

* Respond to and manage customer technical requests in a timely manner

* Document processes, solutions, and AI use cases for internal reference

* Provide recommendations on optimizing systems and automation

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, technical support, or similar)

* Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools

* Ability to troubleshoot software issues and manage support tickets

* Familiarity with web applications, APIs, or basic programming concepts

* Experience integrating AI into workflows or business processes

* Background in software development or system administration

* Familiarity with ticketing systems

* Experience working with client or customer-facing technical support

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup
