Full Stack Senior/Technical Lead

We are looking for a proactive, well-versed Senior/Lead Full-stack Engineer with Production Management experience. You will be responsible for the development and overall implementation of software in a complex, critical, and large cross-departmental and multi-disciplinary area.
The role is part of a multi-year transformation journey that will require a successful candidate to establish best practices, motivate and promote a cultural shift that will ensure a successful adoption of Engineering Principles and Practices within Production Management.

 

Essential Functions

  • Deep understanding of SDLC and its integration into the technology landscape to deliver scalable, reliable applications.

  • Experience working in a global matrix environment with on-/near-/off-shore teams.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in a highly regulated industry.

  • Improve service quality through operational efficiency, incident & problem management, and knowledge sharing.

  • Drive Continuous Delivery and Automation via Root Cause Analysis, performance tuning, and training.

  • Promote transparency, innovation, and best practices within the team.

  • Coach team members on engineering excellence and anti-patterns.

  • Implement Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure alignment with organizational processes.

  • Effectively communicate progress and manage stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in critical software development roles with high business impact.

  • Strong engineering skills in Java/ReactJS and senior-level architecture.

  • Deep knowledge of core CS concepts (networking, OS, virtualization, containerization, etc.).

  • Polyglot full-stack mindset with quick learning ability.

  • Excellent debugging and analytical skills across application, database, and infrastructure layers.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes, service mesh (Istio desirable), CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is required.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Experience with middleware (MQ, Kafka).

  • Strong knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, AppDynamics, Dynatrace).

  • Experience in senior stakeholder management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
