Entry-Level Data Analyst — Full-Time & Part-Time

Museum of Science & Innovation is seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team in Tampa, Florida or Choose to Work from home if preffered. This position is available for full-time and part-time schedules and provides an opportunity to gain experience in data analysis, reporting, and business support within a professional technology services environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze company data from various sources.

• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries.

• Identify trends, patterns, and potential data issues.

• Maintain accurate databases and analytical records.

• Assist with data-driven projects and business decisions.

• Collaborate with team members to support reporting and data requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, or similar tools.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Previous data analysis experience is a plus but not required.
