Majestic Mold and Tool, Inc, a recognized leader in precision tool and mold manufacturing, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Help Desk Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting employees and maintaining efficient day-to-day technical operations across the organization. This is a Full-Time, fully remote opportunity offering flexibility, career growth, and the chance to work within a collaborative and professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support services. Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network access Respond to help desk tickets, emails, chat requests, and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems involving desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and remote access tools Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and system management tools Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and support activities within the ticketing system Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including equipment setup and account provisioning Monitor system performance and report recurring technical concerns Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection procedures Provide end-user training and guidance on software and hardware usage Collaborate with internal departments to improve overall technical support processes Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Proven experience in a Help Desk, IT Support, or Technical Support role Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications Familiarity with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting methodologies Basic understanding of networking concepts, cybersecurity practices, and hardware support Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN support, or cloud-based systems is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Fully remote work environment Flexible scheduling options Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave Retirement savings plan opportunities Career advancement and professional development support Performance-based bonuses and compensation reviews Supportive and collaborative work culture Ongoing technical training and development opportunities About Majestic Mold and Tool, Inc Majestic Mold and Tool, Inc is committed to delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions while fostering innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
