Lucid Integrated Systems is seeking a motivated Project Manager / Product Manager to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin or Preferrably Work from home. This position is available for part-time and full-time schedules and involves coordinating projects, managing priorities, and supporting the development and improvement of products and services.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and track projects from initiation through completion.
Manage schedules, deadlines, priorities, and project documentation.
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify project risks, resolve issues, and communicate progress.
Gather and analyze customer and business requirements.
Support product planning, development, testing, and improvements.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Maintain clear communication across teams and departments.
Perform other project and product management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management or product management tools is a plus.
Previous project or product management experience is preferred but not required.
