## About the Role

Join Health N Wellness RX as a Supply Chain Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products move efficiently from suppliers to customers. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize inventory, streamline logistics, and support our mission of helping clients succeed.

## Responsibilities

- Manage end‑to‑end order fulfillment, coordinating with vendors, warehouses, and transportation partners to meet delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Analyze demand forecasts and historical sales data to create accurate replenishment plans.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers to secure cost‑effective and reliable sourcing.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, tracking shipments and resolving any delays or issues that arise.
- Maintain and update supply chain documentation, including SOPs, compliance records, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to align supply plans with budgetary constraints and market demand.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

## Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate shipments across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar data‑analysis tools.
- Experience negotiating with vendors and managing supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a track record of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment while handling multiple priorities.

## Nice to Have

- Exposure to lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to health and wellness products.
- Experience with demand‑planning software such as Kinaxis or JDA.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
