Responsibilities
Accurately input high‑volume data from paper documents, electronic forms, and scanned files into our internal systems.
Verify the completeness and correctness of entered information by cross‑checking against source documents.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records to reflect the most current information.
Perform routine data quality checks and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.
Generate periodic reports and summaries that highlight key data trends for internal stakeholders.
Protect confidential and sensitive information by adhering to data privacy policies and security protocols.
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining a low error rate.
Communicate any data‑related issues or process improvements to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors quickly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with database or CRM platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Basic mathematical aptitude for numeric data verification and calculations.
Nice to Have
Experience with data‑cleaning tools or OCR software to streamline document processing.
Familiarity with healthcare or wellness industry data standards and terminology.
Advanced Excel skills, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
