About Globio

Globio is an ISB-backed edtech company that helps Indian students build careers in Germany: German language courses, education, visa, placement and accommodation support. We are hiring 4 Business Development Executives to join our sales team.

What you will do

- Call and follow up with inbound leads (students and working professionals) who want to learn German or move to Germany
- Understand each lead's goals and recommend the right Globio course or program
- Run counselling calls and invite leads to our live demo sessions
- Convert leads into enrolments and meet monthly sales targets
- Keep lead notes and status updated in our CRM
- Share feedback from leads with the marketing team

What we are looking for

- 1 to 2 years of sales experience (mandatory): inside sales, tele-sales or business development
- EdTech sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Comfortable making a high number of calls and handling objections
- Target-driven, self-motivated and organised
- Own laptop and a stable internet connection (remote role)
