We’re hiring **Warehouse Associates** to support a high‐volume manufacturing and fulfillment operation. This role is critical to keeping production lines supplied, inventory accurate, and finished goods moving efficiently. **What You’ll Do**

- Receive, store, and issue raw materials, parts, and finished goods
- Perform putaways, picking, and kitting for production and orders
- Replenish lineside inventory locations
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, scissor lift)
- Verify material accuracy (part numbers, quantities, documentation)
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow strict material handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Qualifications**

**Required:**

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehouse or inventory experience

**Preferred (not required):**

- Forklift or warehouse equipment experience
- ERP or inventory system experience
- Manufacturing or industrial warehouse background

**Physical & Work Requirements**

- Ability to lift up to **40 lbs unassisted**
- Standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling throughout shift
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working in an open, non‐climate‐controlled environment
