Event Manager(Intern)

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Coordination: Assisting with concept development, venue selection, vendor communication, and client meetings.

  • On-Site Support: Managing event logistics, setup, teardown, and ensuring smooth operation during live events.

  • Administrative Support: Creating presentations, proposals, project trackers, and maintaining documentation.

  • Marketing & Communications: Promoting events via social media, sending invitations, and tracking attendee registration.

  • Research & Feedback: Sourcing new vendors, researching industry trends, and conducting post-event evaluations
