About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of UX designers in creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our curriculum vitae and resume builder platforms.
• Design Strategy: Develop a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with user needs and business goals, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and enhance product functionality.
• Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate design concepts with stakeholders and users.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment and successful implementation.
• Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the design and functionality of our tools.
• Design Documentation: Produce detailed design documentation and specifications to guide development teams.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest UX design trends and technologies to keep our products at the forefront of the industry.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure the final product meets design and usability standards.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring UX design teams.
• UX Design Expertise: Strong background in UX design, particularly in designing user-centric applications.
• Prototyping Skills: Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• User Research: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user data and feedback to drive design improvements.
• Design Documentation: Experience in creating comprehensive design documentation.
• Performance Metrics: Familiarity with user engagement and performance metrics.
