We're hiring a content lead to own our organic content everywhere: X first, then Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. X is where our community lives and it's the priority. You'll run the account like a fan with the keys, not a brand calendar.
What you'll do:
Own the X account day to day: live game sweats, winner shoutouts, giveaways, banter, and recurring franchises the community looks forward to
Post in our voice: lowercase fan energy, warm banter, ALL CAPS only when the moment earns it
React in real time. Live sports move fast and the best posts happen in the moment, nights and weekends included
Repurpose winners across IG and TikTok, and grow those channels with what X proves out
Run engagement plays: comment giveaways, final-score calls, community picks
Work with our designers and UGC creators to keep the content machine fed
Learn our compliance rules cold (sweepstakes wording is strict, we'll train you)
Why this role is fun: the community is already active and the wins write the content for you. When 195 users hit the same slip, you get to run the victory lap.
This is a remote contract role to start, with the option to convert to full-time for the right person.
