We're hiring a marketing lead to own our brand and build our community. We put out a ton of content and our players are passionate. Your job is to turn that into a real community that grows itself, and to make sure everything we ship stays on-brand.
What you'll do:
Own and grow the Courtside community: Discord, X replies, group-chat culture, superfans
Make players feel like insiders: early access, community-only drops, winner celebrations, inside jokes that stick
Amplify our content machine: take what's winning on one channel and spread it everywhere
Own the Courtside brand: voice, image, and consistency everywhere we show up
Oversee the marketing calendar across all verticals (sports picks, social casino, arcade, card rips) and keep campaigns, promos, and content aligned
Manage external partners (agencies, creators, affiliates) so output stays on-brand and on time
Protect the brand: our space has strict wording rules and we'll train you on them
Why this role is fun: the product is elite and the community energy already exists. When a popular slip hits, hundreds of players win together and the whole app sweats it. Your job is pouring gas on that.
