We're hiring a data analyst/scientist to be our source of truth. We generate a ton of data across sports picks, social casino, arcade, and card pack rips, plus paid marketing on five channels. Your job is turning it into decisions.

What you'll do:

- Own core metrics: retention, LTV, conversion, redemption behavior, promo ROI
- Analyze what's working in paid (Meta is outperforming, help us figure out why and fix the rest)
- Measure boost and promo performance so we know what actually drives play vs what just costs us
- Model the game economy: currency flows, offer pricing, segment behavior
- Build dashboards and self-serve reporting the whole team actually uses
- Use AI tools daily to move faster on queries, analysis, and reporting
- Work directly with the founders, your analysis goes straight into decisions

This is a remote contract role to start, with the option to convert to full-time for the right person.
