We're hiring a VIP Manager to own relationships with our highest-value players. These are the users who live on Courtside, and you'll be their person: their first contact, their problem solver, and the reason they never want to play anywhere else.
What you'll do:
Build real relationships with top players through 1:1 outreach (chat, email, community)
Own VIP retention: personalized offers, boosts, early access, and surprise-and-delight moments
Spot at-risk VIPs early and win them back before they drift
Fast-track VIP support issues (redemptions, account questions) and follow through personally
Track player health, feed insights back to the team, and help shape the VIP program from scratch
Cover key live sports windows (nights and weekends matter in this business)

This is a remote contract role to start, with the option to convert to full-time for the right person.
