Scheduling Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: As a Scheduling Coordinator at Beyond International Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinating and managing schedules for team members and projects to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.

- Communicating with internal teams and external partners to confirm appointments, meetings, and project timelines.

- Maintaining and updating scheduling software and tools to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.

- Assisting in the development of scheduling policies and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.

- Monitoring and resolving scheduling conflicts and providing solutions to ensure project timelines are met.

- Preparing and distributing schedules, reports, and related documentation to relevant parties.

- Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate project success.

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience with project management tools and software.
