### About the Role

We are looking for a skilled UI Designer to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to design high-quality landing pages, user flows, and product interfaces while maintaining strong brand consistency.

### Roles & Responsibilities

- Design high-quality landing pages and user flows aligned with brand guidelines
- Create sketches, graphics, layouts, templates, themes, typography, and visual standards for web and mobile applications
- Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation across desktop and mobile devices
- Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for product features and marketing campaigns
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all web pages and product surfaces
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams during sprint planning and execution
- Partner with front-end developers to ensure accurate UI implementation
- Test design flows and screen mockups with the QA team, ensuring attention to minute details
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability findings, and business goals

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI design for web and mobile platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, web UI, and wireframing work
- High proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Solid understanding of responsive design and design systems
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional, agile environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

### Nice to Have

- Experience working with design systems
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration
- Exposure to conversion-focused landing page design
