## **Key Objectives**

- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources.

## **Responsibilities**

- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support business initiatives.
- Create visualizations and reports that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with IT and business units to improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to enhance data reliability.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools.

## **Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Working knowledge of statistical programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is preferred.
